Frequently Asked Questions

What is a rage room?

A rage room—also known as a smash or break room—is a controlled environment where you can safely release stress and frustration by smashing objects like glassware and electronics using tools like bats or hammers. It’s a fun, therapeutic, and adrenaline-pumping way to blow off steam—no cleanup required!

Is there an age limit?

For our rage rooms, you must be 10+ with an adult also participating, or 16+ to participate on your own. For our paint splatter room, all ages are welcome but under 16 must have an adult present!

Is there protective gear for the rage rooms?

Yes! We provide coveralls (XS-XXXL), gloves and face shields! You must be wearing close toed shoes with hard soles. You may wear long sleeves and thick pants (like jeans) as an alternative to the coveralls.

What about for the paint splatter room?

Also yes! We have clear ponchos, shoe covers, shower caps, gloves and goggles available. You can choose to wear or purchase a white shirt to splatter uncovered and keep as a memento! We have car seat covers available for the drive home in case you need them.

WHat do I need to wear?

For our rage rooms, the coveralls can get a little warm, so it’s suggested that you wear shorts and short sleeves under them. You MUST wear close toed, hard bottom shoes to participate! If you plan to do the rage room and feel the sizing of coveralls may not fit, please come in long sleeves and heavy pants (like jeans).

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes! For our wheelchair using friends, please be aware that the nature of a rage room brings glass shards that may get into wheels. If you have the ability to transfer to a chair, we can set one up in both the rage room and paint rooms for you! Please call us for additional questions on accessibility if you have them, as it is our goal to provide the opportunity to everyone!

What are your cleaning practices?

All coveralls, gloves, facemasks and tools are disinfected after each use, and coveralls/gloves are professionally laundered on a weekly basis.
